End of Month

So I've been a slacker about posting my weights and stuff, but I figure once every couple of weeks or so is fine. I have been tons better at working out, this last couple of weeks running 6 miles a day with a friend of mine, but my diet is still lacking and therefore I did not reach my goal for the month of may, but I did lose 4 pounds! I'm happy with the small gains, because they add up to big gains! Or should I say, losses? By small and simple things... Here are my stats for this last month:

So my goal for this next month is healthier eating, more sleep and dare I venture a goal weight? Yes. I will lose 8 pounds this next month which will put me at 148. I'll give an update in a couple of weeks, until then, wish me luck! P.S. I taught the young women today. The lesson was on missionary work, go figure. Went great! :) Glad it's over.

I'm confused by the stats - what do those numbers mean? Way to go on 4 pounds! Hooray! As long as my numbers keep going down, I'm happy! It's when they flatten out for two months that it gets frustrating!! By the way, I am going to get Flab-u-less up and running soon. Spread the word - that is all. ;)
