Fine Tuning and Tweaking

Slacker!

Hey guys.  I know I have not posted on here for awhile but I'm still workin' so here's my most recent weigh-in for you. Hopefully this motivates you to get back on track with your own goals! I am almost at my goal weight, only a few pounds to go! Then I will start trying to put on some muscle to get that sexy fit and toned look. You guys can make your body what you want it to be! That is what I love about exercise and eating right, you can sculpt your body and make it into your own work of art! So get those creative juices flowing and make a change today, because little changes add up to big changes! LOVE. :)

As Promised

So I know I promised to post my stats and weight for the end of December and we're already a week into January, so here they are: 36 1/2-28-40 (That's Bust-Waist-Hips) and thighs are 22 1/2 Which means that I have lost 1 inch from both my bust and hips, 2 from my waist and 2 1/2 from my thighs since I started posting on here. Also, I have lost 17 lbs! (That's 30 since I've been home from my mission) I know it is taking me a lot longer than it should, but that is progress! Here's to the new year and losing those last 10!

Progress!

So I FINALLY broke that little plateau I have been riding for the last couple of months or so. At the end of December I will post my end of month weight and I should be a little more than half way to my goal since I started posting my progress on here, so I will also post my midway stats! Exciting, right? I know, not really, but I have to do this because I find that it really does help me to stay on track. Thank you for bearing with me while I get back into fighting shape. :) Love always! MEL

Oct. and Nov.

Hey all, if you're following my progress on here I just wanted to let you know that I've hit a plateau for these last couple of months, probably because I STILL haven't changed my diet and I also have sort of been slacking on workouts, but here's the deal, today is Thanksgiving, so after I have my delicious meal and some pumpkin pie I am re-dedicating myself to my goals. So, stay tuned and have a very Happy Thanksgiving, or as some New Yorkers say, "Have a blessed day." :)
